Blood From A Stone
1 ½ oz blended scotch
¾ oz white pine infused
sweet vermouth
½ oz fresh grenadine
¾ oz fresh blood orange juice
Garnish with leftover white pine and an orange swath.
30 North Sour
2 oz wheated bourbon
¾ oz lemon juice
½ oz Demerara syrup
¼ oz allspice dram
Red wine (preferably Malbec) float
Top with grated cinnamon.
The Cure
1 ½ oz blanco tequila
¼ oz Islay (smoky) scotch
¼ oz ginger liqueur
¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz lemongrass syrup (A normal simple syrup will work great, but we add 3-4 strands of thinly sliced lemongrass while heating the sugar.)
Garnish with lime zest & candied ginger. If you want to make yours as authentic as ours, you can also smoke the glass with wood chips. (We use applewood for this drink.)
