Collins Blossom: Combine: 1.25 oz. gin 1.5 oz. lemon sours w/ orange blossom water .5 oz. St. Germaine a splash of creme de violette 2 oz. club soda, or enough to fill Serve in a collins glass. Garnish with an edible orchid. Watermelon Mojito: Combine: 1.5 oz. silver rum 1 oz. watermelon syrup .5 oz. lime juice five to six mint leaves two lime wedges club soda to fill
Serve in a collins glass. Garnish with a watermelon ball.
Spiced Apple Whiskey Sour:
Combine: 1.25 oz. Jim Beam .25 oz. Amaretto 2 oz. spiced apple sours (see recipe below) .25 oz. apple puckers Spiced Apple Sours: 2 whole chopped apples 3 cups of sugar 3 cracked or broken cinnamon sticks .5 tbs vanilla extract 2.5 cups boiling water
For sours: Heat one cup of sugar until caramelized, then add boiling water. Add rest of ingredients, boil for 10 minutes. Cool, strain, bottle.
Serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with an apple peel or slice.
Black Cherry Old Fashioned:
In a glass, muddle: Two black cherries 5-8 drops bittercube cherry-bark vanilla bitters and one orange wedge in a glass, then add: .5 oz simple syrup a dash of angostura bitters 1.25 oz blackbush irish whiskey .75 oz Remy VSOP brandy Top with ice and stir. Garnish with a black cherry spear.
