Stress Relief Walk

Walk off the stress of the work day with a hike at Wild-wood Park. Join a Wildwood volunteer for this vigorous after-work activity. The 3-mile walk on easy trails with short climbs will be at a moderately brisk pace of 2-4 miles per hour. Meet at the Olewine Nature Center. Bring water and wear sturdy shoes. Dauphin County employees must sign in to receive Wellness Rewards points for participation. Check www.wildwoodlake.org for cancellation information in case of rain. Pre-registration is not required.
