Opera Unmasked: Behind the Scenes at the Met

OperaLancaster will take a look behind the scenes at one of the world’s great arts organizations: The Metropolitan Opera. The talk is at noon in the Grand Salon of the Ware Center.
Former Met Opera star John Darrenkamp will share his insights from the performer’s perspective. Carolyn Moody, former assistant to Maestro James Levine, will provide insight to the office operations at the Met. The event is Friday, April 26 at noon and is free and open to the public.
Tickets are free and are available through the Millersville University Box Office at (717) 872-3811 or on the web at www.OperaLancaster.com. The event is casual and will last about an hour. Anyone attending is encouraged to bring his or her own brown bag lunch and enjoy the presentation.
