Munchkin Science – Winter Animals

Munchkin Scientists will join Naturalist Ann Strauss to learn about winter animals. Where do all the animals go in winter? What animals might be moving about and leaving tracks or burrowing under the grass and snow? What other animals hide and sleep during the winter? We will read about winter animals, touch the fur of animal pelt specimens, and go searching for them to better know our winter friends. This program targets ages 3-5.
