Kid's Yoga -- Held the first Saturday of every month with Monica!

"The mission is simple, the impact immense. Caitlin's Smiles is dedicated to sharing smiles and laughter with children facing chronic or life-threatening illnesses. Founded in 2004 in memory of Caitlin Hornung, the non-profit organization distributes arts and crafts kits to hospitals, giving kids an outlet for creativity and the means to heightened feelings of self-worth."

We will create a fun and empowering environment where we can learn yoga poses together and also have time to be still and breathe purposefully.

Ages 5-11 are welcome!

We offer a special 10am Cycle Express class for parents to join while their kids are in yoga! Sign up is separate.

Spaces are expected to fill, so please sign up online! $10 a class (student rate).
