Langhorne Slim is a singer-songwriter in the tradition of Dylan, Neil Young, and James Taylor, but with dashes of rock, pop, and soul added to the mix. A native of Langhorne, PA, Slim has been making music professionally since the early 2000's. He's performed at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, The Newport Folk Festival and has appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman and The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien. He's toured with heavy hitters like The Avett Brothers, Drive-By Truckers, The Lumineers, The Violent Femmes and the Old 97's.
His tenth and newest record, Strawberry Mansion was crafted and recorded in the midst of the pandemic, while both he and the rest of the world were going through profound changes.
With a renewed love of songwriting and purpose, Slim brings his rousing live show to the Capitol Theatre this spring!
Opening for Langhorne is Riddy Arman.
Riddy is a Montana ranch hand and cowboy who has transformed her time working and traveling the country into beautiful music. She has already drawn comparisons to legendary songwriters Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton and her self-titled debut album has been at the top of many "best-of" lists since its release last year.
