Core for Postpartum Moms Class

This 45-minute class will be centered around abdominal exercises for anyone who suffers from Diastasis Recti aka ab separation and our moms who are just coming back looking to build their core safely and effectively. We will spend the first part of class learning how to determine if you have an ab separation and then spend the rest of class learning moves that will help strengthen your core and help you to slowly work on bringing those muscles back together.
This class is for moms who are at least 6-weeks out from an uncomplicated vaginal birth and 8-weeks out from an uncomplicated C-section who also have been cleared by their doctors to begin working out!
