On September 17, Dr. Nivedita Bagchi, professor of government and political affairs at Millersville University, will present a lecture on the Constitution. This event, held as part of Constitution Week, will take place at 7 p.m. in Lehr Room, Bolger Conference Center, Gordinier Hall. There will also be a free ice cream sundae bar for all attendees!

Constitution Week, September 17-19, is hosted by the Walker Center at Millersville University.
