Skill Level: Introduction/Refresher Course
New and intermediate photographers develop and improve their skills in pixel-based photography. Christine Goldbeck covers important creative and technical principles. Students learn about composing, editing, storing, and outputting digital photographs for print or to their website. Students also learn automatic and manual camera settings, white balance, composition basics, file formats, and basic photo editing.

A former national and state award-winning photojournalist, Christine Goldbeck holds a Master of Fine Arts-Interdisciplinary Arts (MFA-IA) from Goddard College in Plainfield, VT. She has exhibited her work widely, in solo shows, premier fine craft fairs, and in group shows and nontraditional locations. Christine owns Arts on Union, a gallery and design studio in Middletown, PA., where she hosts guest artists and teaches.
