Architectural forms, when used as artistic subject matter, offer deep insight into how we have ordered the spatial world to meet our human needs and aspirations. Buildings frame our existence. Subject matter such as rural, small town, and urban imagery will be expressed in a variety of media. Each of the eight artists, showing 5 – 8 pieces each, brings a unique perspective to this common theme. Man’s created environment as a subject of art is revealing of who we are, what we do, and what we treasure.
