Team up with family, friends or co-workers and take strides to fight our community’s No. 1 and No. 5 killers, heart disease and stroke, at the 2015 Adams County Heart and Stroke Walk. The Heart and Stroke Walk is a family and pet-friendly charity walk to raise awareness about heart health and raise funds for the American Heart Association.
