4th Cumberland County Job Fair

Cumberland Valley High School Gymnasium Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050
The Cumberland County Job Fair is designed to help showcase area employment needs while providing an easily-accessible venue to the local worker population. Job seekers attending the Fair will have an opportunity to: meet employers and search employment openings; have a business professional review their resume; learn more about unemployment compensation and PA CareerLink services. All of these offerings are free of charge to job seekers.
In the prior three job fairs:
· Over 3000 people have attended the Fair from 20 PA counties and 5 states
· Over 180 companies have participated
· 12 articles have been in print media, plus numerous radio interviews
· Approximately 1 in 10 people have found employment
The Cumberland County Job Fair is a cooperative effort between the Carlisle Regional, Mechanicsburg, Shippensburg Area and West Shore Chambers of Commerce, in partnership with Cumberland County Economic Development, the PA CareerLink and many organizations, businesses and educational facilities through the County.
