25th Annual Ride for Sight

The 25th annual Ride for Sight is being held this year on Sunday, June 15. A special concert to celebrate the milestone and raise funds is slated for June 21 at Cedar Crest High School. This year’s double event is sure to be a good time.
The 80-mile hard surface road tour on June 15, will begin at Lititz Family Cupboard Restaurant and Buffet, 12 West Newport Road, Lititz 17543 and conclude at Kauffman’s Bar-B-Que Ranch in Bethel around 1 pm. Riders may begin arriving at 7 am, with breakfast being served until 9:30 am. The cost for breakfast is $10 for pre-paid tickets or $11 on the day of the ride. At the end of the tour, lunch will be available at 12:30 pm. Entertainment will be provided by “Deano” at 2 p.m. at Kauffman’s.
The event is coordinated by the Lions Club District 14-D and is held rain or shine. It is co-sponsored by White’s Harley-Davidson in Lebanon and Rider Insurance. All proceeds from the Ride for Sight will remain in Lancaster and Lebanon counties to benefit VisionCorps Foundation and the Lebanon County Sight Program.
