Symphonic Winds is Messiah University's largest wind ensemble. The group, comprised of students from all majors, performs a variety of the highest-quality repertoire from the wind band literature.
The brass ensembles at Messiah University are some of the finest in the region. Students perform both standard repertoire and original works in a variety of settings, both on and off campus. The brass ensembles include small chamber groups, including trumpet and horn ensembles, as well as larger groups that combine both students and faculty. The brass ensembles recently performed the Pennsylvania State Music Educators' (PMEA) annual conference as featured performers.
