Local Roofing Company gives away a new roof to a deserving family in need.

For the fourth straight year, Hackman SmartRoof, a roofing company based in Elizabethtown, will give away a new roof to a deserving homeowner in need. Starting Mon., April 27 through Mon., June 1, Hackman will accept nominations for individuals or families in desperate need of a new roof.

Area residents, local businesses, churches and civic organizations are invited to help by nominating those who are struggling within their families, neighborhoods, organizations and communities. Nominations can be made online by visiting hackmansmartroof.com and clicking on the "Shelter from the Storm" button, or by calling 717-256-1852 for an entry form. A winner will be chosen no later than June 30, 2015.
