Gone With the Wind and Fire
to
Weavings, Ink. art gallery Hellam Street, Wrightsville, Pennsylvania 17406
This is an art exhibit commemorating the 150th anniversary of the burning of the Columbia-Wrightsville covered bridge during the Civil War on June 28, 1853. Wrightsville and Columbia played an important role at this time and there will be many events commemorating this event the weekend of the 28th. We hope that these artists’ interpretations of the events and this area will contribute to the understanding of this historic event.
