Barre with Your Girls: Holiday Theme

Bring your favorite mini-me for some fun at the barre. This class will have your pre-teens favorite tunes and your favorite exercises. Show them why you love to exercise!

This month it's a Holiday theme! Feel free to wear your favorite Santa hat or elf ears and we'll supply jingle bells and holiday treats!

A barre class that welcomes girls 8-13 to join their mom, grandmother, friend, aunt, cousin, whoever! Only 1 person from each duo needs to sign up. So, if you are bringing your niece, you should only sign your name up. We can take care of the payment for the younger girls when you arrive. If you are bringing 2 younger girls to your 1 sign up, please shoot us an email and let us know that! Girls will be $5. Adults will be regular rates apply.

What is Barre? Barre is a full body workout that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training and stretching. We use small, isometric repetitions that work your muscle to fatigue. The movements are low impact and will tone and sculpt your body by building lean muscle. We offer a beginner classes for those of you just getting a feel for the practice.

Do you need experience? Nope! This class will be fit for all levels since most girls ages 8-13 haven't take a barre class before.. we are excited to show them a fun way to move their bodies. We won't do anything too difficult because they are just trying it for the first time. So guardian, if you have never taken a barre class either.. this is a good one to try!

Remember -- one guardian (adult) can sign up at regular rates. We assume each adult sign up comes with one girl 8-13 years of age. The girls payment of $5 we can take care of on the day of!
