We are excited to announce Falcon Pointe, our new project that will offer a boutique apartment experience with a rooftop terrace. What is a boutique apartment experience? It simply means there are fewer apartments per floor than a traditional apartment building. This allows residents to get to know their neighbors, removes the tedious long hallways of traditional apartment buildings, and offers modern and luxurious finishes to both the exterior and interior of the building.
