A welcoming presentation gives a closer look at Mosaic, its history, residence availability, and special pre-construction pricing. A virtual display offers striking views from the building, and how its premier amenities, such as the Pearl spa, Inkwell indoor and outdoor bar and lounge, pool, ballroom, dog park, restaurants, and more, will be situated. Individual apartment locations can also be explored, giving attendees the ability to select the view they want from their ideal future residence. A scale model of the entire high-rise is also on display where visitors can see exactly how Mosaic will be located on the corner of Queen and Vine Streets in Lancaster City.

Another unique display at Willow Valley Communities’ Welcome Center allows guests to go deeper, exploring each floor of Mosaic individually and examining each floorplan. Then, guests are invited to take copies of the floorplans they are interested in for further review.
During the event, a succinct description of Willow Valley Communities’ Type A Lifecare contract is also provided. Lifecare entitles Mosaic residents to short- or long-term personal care, skilled nursing care, or memory support, if needed later in life, with no increase in monthly fee because of the need for care.
Margie Seagers, Willow Valley Communities’ Manager of Sales, encourages anyone who is even just a little curious to attend an Introduction to Mosaic event. “These informative events are low-key, no-stress, interactive – and fun! Attendees will be able to get a real feel for life at Mosaic – all in about one hour. The building, the location, individual residences, and more.”
