Josie D. is a passionate self-care advocate, content writer, and the blogger/founder of the blogsite: The Cheetah Buzz. With her love for creativity, the blogsite is the perfect outlet for her fashion tips, photoshoots, favorite travels, and personal development topics.
Recently, Josie graduated from Regent University with a Master’s Degree in Journalism. Her dream is to empower other millennials to conquer their dreams, practice genuine self-care, travel to cool places, and feel good about themselves when they feel low.
Josie was born in Accra, Ghana and was raised in Pennsylvania, USA. Every few years, she travels back to Ghana to create new memories and connect with friends and family. Some of Josie’s favorite Ghana memories include the rain, the people, the culture, and the food. In Pennsylvania, her favorite thing to do is go to Chic-Fil-A and take long road trips toward the colorful mountains and trees.
As a child, writing has always been a favored pastime in Josie’s life. From writing stories to poetry, and embarrassing raps, written words have always come more easily to Josie than spoken words. Her earliest recollections of writing include having a big notebook filled with silly raps about gold fishes and turtles.
When she’s not busy writing, Josie is a full-time social media coordinator and content creator for several businesses. Her hobbies include eating, traveling, watching cartoons, laughing at The Office, window shopping, preparing for photoshoots, and catching up with old friends.
