Double Twist Pony
1. Starting on the left side, separate a 1 inch section of hair from the frame of your face and twist clockwise.
2. Following two full clockwise twists, add a 1 inch section of hair from the point closest to your face, and twist into the current section clockwise.
3. Repeat step 2 until the left half of your hair is all part of the twist, and secure the pony at the nape of your neck with a rubber hair tie.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 on the right side, only this time you will be twisting counterclockwise.
5. Once at the end of twisting on the right side, secure the right side into a pony with the left side using a rubber hair tie.
6. Section off a 1 inch section of hair from the bottom side of the pony and wrap around the base of the pony to hide the hair tie.
7. Wrap until you are left with about 1 inch of hair and use a bobby pin to secure the end of the wrapped section of hair underneath the base of the pony. You may need an additional bobby to feel secure.
