With the holidays come annual gatherings, traditions founded and passed down by family and friends; sometimes generations old and sometimes new. They can be small and casual, large and grandiose, and in celebration of different beliefs that come with varying rituals. No matter the tradition, it’s safe to say in many cases, the gathering of loved ones is a common theme centered around holiday fare that requires some level of baking. The preparation of baked holiday favorites is often a labor of love, meant to be shared with the ones you love, whether you’re baking yourself or buying from a bakery.

As much as we can all relate, I think we can agree that the heart and intention behind holiday baking is what makes it so special.
