It’s got everything you need – including coffee! – to get your day off to a great start.
A note on smoothie blending methods: always start by adding any liquids first, then anything solid, then ice last. It will blend much more easily that way.
Spinach Grape Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup ice
Recipe
Combine ingredients in blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth. (Be sure to blend this one especially well – it can take a little bit longer to break up the spinach leaves and grape skins.)
Carrot Raspberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 8-12 raspberries
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango

Banana Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 oz milk
- 2 shots of espresso, or 4 oz of strong black coffee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped into 1-inch pieces
