Tell us about Lititz Springs Inn—what are you most proud of and what do you want people to know?
The Lititz Springs Inn is one of the oldest continually operating inns in the country. Originally built in 1764, we have welcomed travelers around the world for 250+ years. In 2017 we redesigned the restaurant and cocktail bar to provide guests with a more contemporary dining experience in the heart of Downtown Lititz. Our seasonal menu features locally-sourced ingredients as well as imported items from as far away as the United Kingdom (served in the Bulls Head Public House and Dining Room/Cocktail Bar). Many people know us for our patio and outdoor bar on the corner of Main Street and Lititz Pike. This space is undergoing a dramatic transformation and will open to the public this month.

What item on your menu would you say is a staple or most popular? Why do you think that is?
Some of our most popular menu items are shared between the Lititz Springs Inn and Bulls Head Public House, our in-house British Pub. This includes chicken tikka masala, shepherd's pie, and the ever-popular scotch egg. The Inn Dining Room and Cocktail Bar also offer exclusive appetizers and entrees not available in the pub. The most popular menu items unique to the inn include the short rib entree, ribeye entree, crispy Brussels appetizer, and roasted cauliflower appetizer.
What specialty drink would you say is a staple or most popular? Why do you think that is?
Our most popular cocktail in the Dining Room and Cocktail Bar is the "New Fashioned." It features Marker's Mark bourbon, orange and cherry simple syrup, and is capped with a brûléed orange slice. Much like the Lititz Springs Inn, this specialty cocktail is a new twist on an old classic.
What sets you apart from other restaurants in the area?
For more than two centuries, the Lititz Springs Inn has greeted guests and visitors from around the world. With two restaurants, including our formal dining room and Bulls Head public house, an expansive outdoor patio, multiple private event spaces, and two floors of guest rooms, we offer an unrivaled legacy of hospitality in Lancaster County. We are also located in historic Downtown Lititz—a community that is world-renowned for its hospitality and a hub of activity in Northern Lancaster County.
