Owner Eva Burchfield says, “People ask if I’m going to open up my own shop but I say ‘no.’ I love it here.” Evanilla (a combination of “Eva” and “vanilla”) offers up cake donuts with unique and seasonal toppings, and Coffee Toffee would be perfect with a cup of joe while shopping through the market.
