Join the American Heart Association and Penn State Hershey Heart & Vascular Institute for a special day of health and beauty, the Go Red for Women Day and Red Dress Dash at Macy’s at Capital City Mall. Put on your best red dress and heels (men, too!) and get there early at 9:30 a.m. to participate in the Red Dress Dash to raise awareness about women’s heart health. Starting at 10 a.m., get pampered with makeovers and spa treatments, protect your health with critical health screenings and information, and promise to “Go Red” for your heart health. There will be fitness and cooking demos, fun activities, giveaways and more. Go Red for Women is sponsored locally by Penn State Hershey Heart & Vascular Institute.
