Young dancers from the Midstate Ballet will join guest performers from the Pennsylvania Ballet in the 15th annual presentation of The Nutcracker Ballet, Saturday, December 14, at 7:00 PM and Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 2:00 PM at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center in York, PA.
The Nutcracker Ballet, the timeless classical ballet featuring the music of Tchaikovsky, is one of the oldest annual holiday productions in the U.S. It has been a seasonal favorite at the Strand Capitol since it was first presented by the ballet in 1998.
This year’s performance will showcase more than 100 dancers from the prestigious Midstate Ballet and Greater York Dance.
