Playing on the memory of hearing the bell from an approaching snow cone truck on a hot summer evening. Strawberry and orange is a simple and delicious combination.

2nd Course | Hot Honey Peach Burrata Caprese

Ode to August being National Peach Month, this dish serves peaches front and center paired with fresh tomatoes, candied walnuts, and a drizzle of hot honey.

3rd Course | Fire Cracker Salmon Skewer

Bites of salmon, squash, zucchini, and red onion skewered and grilled lightly, topped with a drizzle of Fire Cracker Sauce.

4th Course | Mini Birria Tostados

Slowly braised chuck roast with traditional Birra spices, pulled and served with pico de gallo and fresh cilantro. A twist on a trendy dish.
