Description: The Department of Biology at Millersville University presents the fall 2012 Biology Colloquium Series. On October 17, Dr. Yuan Zhong, assistant professor of biology at Millersville University, will present "Comparative Genomic and Transcriptomic Analysis of Terpene Synthase Gene Family in Two Model Plants Bearing Different Trichomes."

All lectures will be given Wednesdays from 4-4:50 p.m. in Caputo Hall Room 210.

The purpose of the Biology Colloquium is to bring outstanding scientists to campus to talk and interact with our students. The biology department strongly believes that these colloquia provide wonderful opportunities and expect that all students who are serious about biology will attend.
