It’s so easy to gravitate towards less healthy meals when we’re always on the go and working non-stop. As a hard-working individual, it is absolutely essential for you to properly fuel yourself with the right foods to perform your best and be the most present version of yourself. Given this, I have a nutritious and super delicious dinner idea that is going to rock your world. Not only is it nutrient dense, but it uses few ingredients, has only 10 steps, serves you for four days, and is low carbohydrate if you’re on that kind of diet. If you stick to a plant-based diet, skip the ground beef, and this will be a great meal idea for you, too. Okay, let’s get to it.
