Finding my New Year’s Eve outfit every year has always been my favorite thing. All of the bold and sparkly pieces the stores have always make choosing the perfect outfit a struggle. However, I typically lean towards finding pieces that I can wear all year round versus only being able to wear it for just a few hours one night. I’m all about affordable fashion and putting my money towards pieces I’ll get use out of which is why I went with a bold pant to ring off the New Year.
Pants are underrated when it comes to NYE - People like to go for the dresses and skirts. However, even though their bold these pants can be worn more than once and they’ll keep you warm. Here are a few tips for styling a bold pant this holiday.
Solid Colors
Pants like these speak for themselves, so when it comes to styling them you want to focus more on your solid colored pieces. I chose a black tank and velvet blazer to keep it simple while also mixing textures. Black, white and tan are always go-to colors for bold pants but if your pants have a hint of a certain color in them, find a top that color to really make them stand out.

Minimal Accessories
When I’m wearing a bold pant I personally stick to very minimal accessories. If anything, pick one statement piece to tie your entire look together - Whether it be statement earrings or a necklace. You can also add a fun little handbag to bring in more sparkle.
Have Fun
When it comes to wearing something outside of your comfort zone majority of the time people end up not wearing it. You’re nervous you can’t pull it off, don’t think you can style it right, whatever the reason.. My last tip is to just go for it and have fun. Fashion is all about expressing yourself and what fun is it if you never allow yourself to do so?
Other Tips
Transform these pants into your everyday lifestyle by pairing them with a cozy black sweater and flats for a casual look. Wear a nice dress shirt or blazer to make them suitable for the office and opt out for any statement accessories.
