Galentine’s Day, which falls on February 13th, is all about women across the world celebrating female friendship! No need to plan way ahead for your Galentine’s Day party. Most of these tips use products that can be found at your local grocery store or farmers markets. Sometimes throwing a last-minute event ends up being the best kind of party!

Here are 5 tips for putting together a last-minute Galentine’s Day.

1. FLOWERS A fresh bouquet of flowers is a nice added touch for having your girlfriends over. Ask the florist what they can put together that’s in your budget, or select a premade bouquet.

2. CHAMPAGNE Champagne is always a good idea! There are a lot of pretty champagne labels to pick from. For an added touch, add rock candy or pink cotton candy.

3. DESSERT Skies the limit!  Stop in your local cupcake shop, bakery, or a grocery store where they offer a ton of options. You can create a dessert bar or keep it simple and get a cake.

4. OUTFIT The finishing touch to your Galentine’s Day party is your outfit. Wear something that you feel confident and beautiful in!

5. CHICK FLICK While you are all looking fashionable drinking champagne and eating dessert, turn on Netflix to watch some of the greatest ‘chick flicks’ ever made (to name a few):
