Craving Raving
We’re always on the lookout for new places to grab the necessary caffeine fix and a delicious bite to eat. Fortunately for you (and the rest of the Susquehanna Valley), we found a new spot on North Second Street in Harrisburg. At Crave and Co. the coffee is organic, the food is vegetarian, and the outside bricks are whimsically decorated. What more could one ask for? The owners of this quaint shop pride themselves on their healthy options that satisfy even the most indulgent appetites. You can enjoy a curried egg salad sandwich with kale and quinoa salad or a banana chocolate chip muffin and a caramel macchiato. Savor these and other options in the relaxing atmosphere, unwinding from the frigid winter months. Crave and Co. is ready to warm you up and nourish your body. - K.Y.

Community Corner
It has been estimated that nearly one in four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime, according to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Fortunately, a safe haven for local victims exists at ACCESS-York. Founded by the York YWCA, ACCESS-York strives to eliminate domestic violence and provide support, education, and a loving atmosphere for women affected by domestic violence. A nearby boutique, Collage Shop, has contributed with immense generosity to the charitable organization. The store encourages its customers to bring in clothing, toiletries, sheets, and gently used handbags to be donated to the shelter. To join the efforts in supporting the shelter and securing peace for women and families, you can drop off a donation at Collage Shop or become a volunteer for ACCESS-York. - K.Y.
