Makes 4 cups
2 cups whole unsalted almonds
1 cup sesame sticks (optional, omit for a gluten-free option)
½ cup dried papaya, finely chopped
½ cup dried kiwi, finely chopped
1 cup large unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl or large Ziploc bag to coat.
