A Feast for the Eyes: Enhanced Dining Venues Our expansion of our Café will elevate your dining experiences. This renovated dining area will allow residents to enjoy a diverse array of delicious meals like fresh-hearth pizza and made-to-order entrees, socialize with friends and neighbors, and enjoy an indoor and outdoor culinary experience all year round.
New Amenities for The Townstead Apartments Fresh & exciting amenities are being built to serve our current residents as well as in preparation for the new Townstead Apartments which are breaking ground this summer. A new coffee shop will be the perfect place for a cup with friends, laughter, and a reminder of the simple pleasures in life. A new salon and spa will offer luxury as well as convenience.
Endless Activities and Opportunities Homestead Village is a hub of activity and discovery.
