2. Sweetish Sweet Tooth
Sweetish Candy is a Scandinavian candy store with a 64-bin pick-n-mix wall of candy (including Läkerol candies). In addition to candy, they offer other Swedish favorites including cheese, pickled herrings, Swedish meatballs, and more. Tyler Graybeal decided to open a storefront after a one-time visit to Sweden. He was inspired by the candy culture in Sweden and thought Lancaster would be a perfect place for this store. Tyler hopes to soon launch a new website, where customers can online shop for all things Scandinavian.

3. Fully Fresh
After 12 years as a pastry chef at Sophia’s on Market, Megan Seiferth bought the café and is putting her own twist on it. Now it’s called Market, and Seiferth wants to emphasize the made-from-scratch and fresh breakfast and lunch options. Full-service brunch is now offered on Saturdays from 9-2. Homemade soups changing daily, pastries, and fresh salads are café favorites that keep the customers coming back.
