3. Hyper Wellness Comes to Lancaster
Life-long Lancaster residents Andy and Michelle Ayers decided to open up Restore Cryotherapy, a hyper wellness center so that it could be accessible and affordable for anyone in the area. Located at the new Lime Spring Square, they offer treatments such as cryotherapy, cryofacials, IV drip therapy, an infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and compression therapy. The whole-body cryotherapy allows users to step into a -240 Fahrenheit chamber with their head sticking out for three minutes for an experience that can help relieve chronic pain, and anxiety, while giving an overall energy boost. Each treatment focuses on a specific goal such as pain relief from a condition, recovery from a sports injury, or performance enhancement.
