AIM Higher
AIM to Empower is a non-profit organization that is centered around the three practices and techniques of Baptiste yoga—asana, inquiry, and meditation. AIM’s mission is to generate positive, sustainable change and cultural unity within the community by empowering individuals and organizations through their four core values—integrity, unity, empowerment, and possibility. AIM has been working with the community for some time, from inmates at the Lancaster County Prison to refugees through the Reynolds Middle School refugee program, elementary school students, and the SPCA. They offer free classes throughout the Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas.
