Your favorite springy cocktail recipe from the Left Bank: I enjoy making The Shire for our customers to enjoy. Where are you from/why York? Originally I am from Columbus, Ohio. My family was relocated for my father’s job. What’s your bartending background? I had dabbled a little before I started here eight years ago. What’s your mixology style? I'd like to think that it is a blend of creative and entertaining! You can only have one beer, wine or cocktail for the rest of your life: Chimay Blue If someone asks you for a drink recommendation at The Left Bank, what’s your pick? I would have to ask a few questions so that I can create or choose specifically for them.
Moscow Mules seemed to be a big trend for 2016; what do you think the next big cocktail trend will be in 2017?
I would hope to see more fresh ingredient cocktail creations and kitchen collaborations.
Favorite drink ingredient: Imagination To small talk or not to small talk with the bartender? I'm all for it! I’ve been known to chat from time to time. If someone is entertaining, what’s an easy cocktail to serve? I would recommend a punch. There are so many unique blends that usually can be done in advance. Your go-to late night food at The Left Bank: Coffee char crusted filet When you’re not behind the bar, what are you up to? Spending time with my two children Scarlette and Grayson
