Truffled blue cheese stuffed olives make the best dirty martinis!
What do you do in your downtime?
In my downtime I love to travel; be outdoors; cook; enjoy spirits, wine and beer tastings; and spend time with friends and family.
Places in Lancaster you like to go?
I love to go The Brickyard for a game of darts, Tellus for live music, Belvedere for a lively jazz scene and lounging with friends and The Horse Inn for an elaborate cocktail.

Victory Dirt Wolf
Best bargain wine?
Concannon Cabernet
Best bottle to splurge on?
Anthology from Conn Creek
Favorite cocktail:
A Boulevardier
Best thing about living in Lancaster is:
The people. Such an eclectic, diverse population here. With the pizzazz of big city nestled in a beautiful countryside, our community is strong and always willing to lend a helping hand. One thing I have noticed in Lancaster is the ability for a community to accept everyone and embrace change.
What’s the next big thing in the world of cocktails?
Remastering of the classics with modern flare of mixing techniques and garnishes
Best night to come to the bar at The Belvedere?
Wednesdays we offer $5 appetizers including all of the favorites like grilled Caesars, “Belvie bread,” mussels, plus wonderful cocktails and entertainment by yours truly behind the bar.
The Rose Devereaux
This drink has the class—and sass—of its namesake, “Golden Girl.”
2 ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon 2 ounces Jeio Rosé Cuvee ½ ounce fresh lemon juice One bar spoon of El Guapo Rosé Cordial 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Stir all ingredients in a shaker with ice except the Rosé. Pour into a coupe glass and top with Rosé. Serve with a floating rose petal in your favorite beginning-of-summer happy place.
