Soups of the World Cooking Classes at Hollabaugh's

This Spring you have not one, not two, but three opportunities to make soup (and soup accompaniments) with us! Take a culinary trip around the world to make and enjoy a variety of soups that you know you can’t buy in a can! Register for one or all three classes!

Can you say “Shakshuka?” – Tuesday, April 7th 7 – 8:30 p.m. Never heard of shakshuka? Never made shakshuka? Don’t miss your chance to learn how to make this traditional Mediterranean dish of eggs poached in a tomato, chili sauce. And as an added bonus you will make your own lavash (a flat bread that hails from the Middle East) to go with your soup. This class is a must, if only because shakshuka is so fun to say! Cost*: $30.

Soups go East – Tuesday, May 12th 7 -8:30 p.m. Join us and make an eastern classic: Pot Sticker Soup. Not only will you work on building a tasty broth, but you will also create and assemble your own spring vegetable pot stickers for the soup. It will be a perfect blend of East-meets-West! Cost*: $30.

European Soups – Tuesday, June 16th 7 – 8:30 p.m. Europe has a way with soups and has some of the best cold and refreshing summer soups that you will ever taste! This summer add gazpacho and vichyssoise to your menus. Cost*: $30.
