Selections from the Permanent Collection
to
Lancaster Museum of Art North Lime St., Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602
This exhibition draws from the rich collection of the Lancaster Museum of Art. Linda Weidman, current chair of the Exhibitions, Collections and Acquisitions Committee invited her longtime friend Thomas Hills Cook to join her in selecting the work featured in this exhibition. In order to broaden the scope of the project, the two invited community leaders, collectors, museum staff and supporters to comment on select pieces. Work by artists such as David Brumbach, Charles X. Carlson, Constantine Kermes, Luigi Rist, and many more will be on display.
This exhibit coincides with the exhibition, Charles Demuth: Definitively Modern Part II on view at the Demuth Museum featuring highlights from the museum’s collection of original art by Charles Demuth
Museum Hours: Tues-Saturday 10 - 4, Sunday 12 - 4.
