The Lebanon County Master Gardeners will be holding their Plant Sale on May 2, 2020, from 8 am to noon at our NEW LARGER LOCATION – SOUTHEAST HALL at the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairground, 80 Rocherty Road, Lebanon, PA (Left side of the Expo’s main entrance). Come early for the best selections – plants sell fast! BRING YOUR OWN WAGON to hold your new plants! Over 400 plant varieties including native plants and other perennials, herbs, annuals, hanging baskets, heirloom tomatoes, and peppers hand selected by Master Gardeners will be available for sale. New this year will be 4 annual collections, new vegetable plants (eggplant and zucchini) and succulent plants. Many knowledgeable Master Gardeners will be there to assist the folks in the community to find the right plant to bloom for the right location in your garden. Plants from our own Master Gardener’s gardens and gently used Garden items will also be for sale. Check out the Metal Artworks by George Hartman and painted Gourds by Joni Laicha. There will be information on the Spotted Lantern Fly, Becoming a Master Gardener, Demonstration Gardens. Have a gardening question? – head to the HOTline “Ask a Gardening Question” station. Children attending can take part in the Garden Passport Scavenger hunt. We will have a NEW CHECK OUT PROCESS with separate lines for CASH, CHECKS, and CREDIT Card purchases.
