Inequality, Poverty and Human Freedom

What are the driving forces behind poverty and inequality, and how do they relate to freedom? These are the themes that Dr. Antony Davies, an associate professor of economics at Duquesne University, will explore. His research interests include econometrics, public policy and consumer behavior. Davies has authored more than 150 op-eds for, among others, the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Forbes, Investor’s Business Daily and the New York Daily News. He is a frequent lecturer at policy conferences on Capitol Hill.
