Although we want to be happy all the time, negative energy in our mind often causes many problems. Out of his great compassion, Buddha taught methods to purify the negative karma that causes our suffering and impedes our spiritual progress. In this course, we will learn how to engage in Buddhist purification practice according to the Mahayana Sutra of the Three Superior Heaps.
