Civil War Comes to Union Canal Tunnel Park

Join us as the 93rd Pennsylvania Regiment, together with other union brigades, band together to battle the Confederate Army in the wide-open fields at Union Canal Tunnel Park. This epic skirmish is expected to involve as many as 100 soldiers from not only Pennsylvania but also several surrounding states.
Bring your lawn chair or a blanket to view the battle. As you wait for the battle to begin you are invited to visit our food vendor or take a narrated boat tour through the oldest transportation tunnel in the United States. Plan to spend the day at the park so you can enjoy the battle at 2:00 pm on Saturday or 1:30 pm on Sunday. This will take place the weekend of August 25 & 26.
Historical, narrated tours will be available both Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. Food and civil war memorabilia vendors will be located near the pavilion.
There is no charge to watch the battle or reenactors but there is a charge of $4 per car for parking. We will also be collecting food items to be donated to the Lebanon Rescue Mission. Narrated canal tours are $8 per adult, $4 for students age 6 to 17, and free for children age 5 and under.
No pets will be permitted on the south side of the park during this event. However, feel free to bring your pets to enjoy the north side of the park during this time.
