You don’t need a fancy degree to be a scientist! Naturalist Kristyn Small will lead a team of citizen scientists on a ladybug survey at Central Park’s Environmental Center, exploring our skills of scientific observation. The data you collect will be submitted to the Cornell University’s Lost Ladybug Project to assist professional scientists around the world understand more about the composition of ladybug species across the U.S. Check out other programs in the series: Celebrate Urban Birds, Firefly Watch and iNaturalist, throughout the Summer.
