Afraid of Snakes? Learn what you need to know!

Join Naturalist Ann Strauss and a Lancaster County Park Ranger for an evening of snake education. The presenters will discuss Pennsylvania’s venomous and nonvenomous snakes and tips to recognize them as well as truths and myths about snakes. The Park Ranger will also cover Pennsylvania’s snake hunting regulations and treatment for venomous bites. Participants will have the opportunity to see snake skins, including that of a copperhead.
