Join Holy Spirit as we present our 2nd annual HeartCaring Symposium. The symposium will provide educational lectures on varying aspects of heart disease. Our clinical experts will present information in easy-to-understand terms and answer audience questions. This event is a great opportunity to gather information regarding cardiovascular disease, which is the nation’s #1 killer of both men and women. There is no charge to attend.
Free health screenings for those 18 and older will also be provided during the event. Screenings offered include: body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, cardiovascular risk assessment, non fasting glucose & cholesterol tests, and waist circumference measurement.
